KITCHEN BRIGADE
The kitchen brigade has 8 members and each of them fulfils an important function for the Catering Company.
From the chef to the butler, they are entitled to a personalised uniform appropriate to their job.
LOUNGE BRIGADE
The lounge brigade is also made up of 8 members.
Just as the kitchen brigade has a person for each speciality, the dining room brigade also has people specialising in each area to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
